How do I schedule an appointment?
You can either call our office, or fill out an online appointment request form with the desired date and timespans that you will be available. We will later contact you to discuss and confirm the final arrangements of your appointment.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, you can schedule a consultation in order to help you understand the treatment process and determine whether the procedure is right for you.

What if I miss or need to cancel an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a notice at least 24 hours in advance. Simply call our office to make arrangements.
